welllll....hehe....I first noticed you when you made those outstanding arguments in the hot topic of artistic photographs.....and when I visited your page....well I enjoy talking to my friends about "deep" issues....or topics that never have an end because there is to much supporting detail for either side.....things like "time travel"... black holes, "god" ....lol we recently had an argument about the beginning of the number 666, or "the mark of the beast", but yeah......plus well....you got the Zero Wing intro for your sig, lol....gotta love it..... and I like your poetry.... impromptu 4 is probably my favorite poem so far of yours....but I haven't had the time to read them all yet....ne ways...thats why... :)

cool.... by the by.. the characters that made up the number 666 in...was it greek..i forget.. anyway.. in some language the name Nero Caesar makes up the number 666... and nero is a major baddy for early christians.. he is as viable a candidate to rise from his grave as the antichrist.... so.. just adding more to the arguement if it wasn't already there :)

nooo way!?....I did not know that....when me and my friends researched it we came up with it originating from the Babylonians....because they had 37 gods....and they actually numbered their gods 1-37....the 37th god was the god of the sun....and they wanted a special number for the god of the sun....so they added the numbers of all the lesser gods, 1-36...which equaled 666.....and then things get hazey....I can't remember what exactly happened but for some reason the babylonian priests wound up in Pergamum which was a city big on education, and had huge universities....well anyways the Babylonian priests went on teaching there practices there....then the romans took over and put down a small rebellion.....and the priest then saw there oppertunity and moved to Rome because Rome was big on addopting other religions and ways of life......and once in Rome they were accepted pretty quickly....and thats how I believe it wound up in rome......but I mean that is just the one that made the most sense.....because there are tons of stories our there.....me and my friends still wont agree on how it REALLY came to be.... I don't know if any one will EVER know.... heres the site where I got all my information if ya wana take a look through it.... [link]

-have fun XD

its a sticky subject.. and very hard to dig into it due to the large amounts of dis-information put out by the churches... in all honesty its not really a big deal to me... its sort of like trying to figure out minor details about the Raliens... no one really cares what the name of the UFO they work for is... its enough to see how stupid it sounds on the surface and how clouded it gets as you go deeper... the same is true for me about christianity... its all the same bullshit stacked higher and higher to make it look important... I'm much more interested in the evolution of religion and its uses, both pro and con... it was religion that sparked our imaginiations in the first place... our ancestors couldn't live with the idea of 'just is' as much as us.. and in order to stall that mystery they made up stories.. those stories stood as a brooding ground and assured us of our greatness... pushing us on so to speak... it was only when those stories became restrictive that it became a bad thing... this is my reasoning behind Neo-Aesop... we need a guideline to form our lives around.. something that doesn't need a lot of thought... in this way we are freed from having to understand the simple natures of things.. and are freed from having to discover it all on our own.... i'm merely replacing Jupiter's Bolts for static and his anger for natural capacitors (like trees buildings and people)... The world doesn't need to fear pointless gods anymore... we don't need to worry about pissing someone off and wasting away for eternity... but what Neo-Aesop will bring is a comfortable allowance for ignorance.. i like to call it selective open ignorance... It will delve deeper if its wanted, but scratching the surface should be plenty....
